- The candidate will be selected based on an interview
- Candidates must bring their original certificates for age, education, medical council registration, and experience to the interview.

Important Eligibility – MP ESIC Vacancy 2024
Age Limit:
- The upper age limit is 67 years as of the interview date.
Educational Qualifications:
- For Super Specialists: MBBS and MD/MS/DNB Degree from a recognized Medical College/Institution.
- DM/MCH in respective Super Specialty from a recognized Medical College/DNB in the concerned super-specialty or equivalent.
- Should be registered with MCI or State Medical Council.
Experience:
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the first postgraduate degree.
- Experience qualifications may be relaxed at the discretion of the Appointing Authority based on recommendations from the Selection Committee.
Emoluments (Salary) and Terms & Conditions:
- Full-Time Super Specialists: Rs. 2,00,000 per month (consolidated remuneration).
- Part-Time Super Specialists: Rs. 1,00,000 per month for 04 hours per day & 04 days a week. Additional allowances for emergency calls and extra hours.
- Engagement for one year or until a regular incumbent joins, with the possibility of extension on mutual consent.
- Availability on call 24×7.
- Professional indemnity policy required.
Leave and Benefits:
- Full-Time Super Specialists are entitled to leave benefits.
- Part-Time Super Specialists are not entitled to leave benefits.
Appointment Conditions:
- Subject to medical fitness.
- No TA/DA was provided for attending the interview or joining the post.
Termination and Misconduct:
- The appointing authority can terminate the appointee with one month’s notice.
- Termination without notice for gross misconduct or negligence.
Joining and Attendance:
- Selected candidates to join duty immediately.
- Full-time/Part-time Super Specialists are to wear their white coats with a name badge during duty hours.
- Mark attendance manually and through AEBAS.
Document Verification:
- Candidates must bring original certificates and photocopies of age, educational qualification, medical council registration, and experience to the walk-in interview.
